Hello, my name is Sana Turnock, and I’m located in the beautiful Busselton-Margaret River Region in Western Australia. I’m passionate about learning, inclusivity, psychological safety and fostering positive wellbeing at work. I was diagnosed on the spectrum later in life and the diagnosis was life-affirming as well as challenging. I share my message with people and organisations willing to listen and action positive change in community and the workplace.  I speak on courage-related topics including what it’s like being an autistic adult diagnosed later in life. Through lived experience, I recognise that (sometimes) situations force us into courage. We have no choice but to find and activate our courage muscle. It’s not always easy.
