With over 15 years of global professional experience, Silvan Ruthenberg describes himself as a professional polymath: He works as a freelance strategy consultant, keynote speaker, social entrepreneur, business linguist & meditation coach.
He has a highly diverse industry experience spanning from commercial & non-commercial consulting, strategic communications and investment banking to tech and social impact – having worked and collaborated with organisations like the United Nations, LinkedIn, getAbstract and SWISS.
Silvan also volunteers as the Global Lead of the Institute of Neurodiversity ION. Headquartered in Geneva, ION is the currently largest, most globally represented, diverse and inclusive neurodiversity NGO in the world with 30 chapters in every region of the world. For ION he notably attended the Summit of the Future in New York in September 2024 and co-hosted the 2023 & 2024 World Autism Awareness Day in collaboration with the UN Global Communications Department.
In October 2023 he represented ION at the World Health Summit in Berlin, and in January 2024, he co-launched the “Neurodivergent & Neurodistinct Leaders in Davos” initiative with Dr. Maureen Dunne, gathering over 20 senior global neurominority leaders in a hybrid event at the WEF 2024 in Davos.
