As a volunteer at ION, Silvan leads a globally dispersed team of volunteers across now 32 countries, running multiple global programs, scaling business operations, building partnerships as well as acquiring and educating donors. To advance neuroinclusion on a global scale, his work includes engaging with businesses , educational institutions, civil society and transnational organisations such as the United Nations Global Communications Department.
